How do the Equis from the “Adventure Inbox” work?

When you send in proof of an adventure (like a photo, flight or accommodation booking, ski pass…) or proof of purchase from one of our partners (friendly brands listed on our website), you can earn between 50 and 100 Equis. We don’t accept Blue Banan

Can I claim Equis for a past purchase?

We assign Equis for purchases made up to 30 days before you created your Adventure Pass account. You don’t need to do anything—it’s handled automatically by the program.

Why haven’t I received my Equis for my adventure proof yet?

When you submit proof of an adventure (photo, ticket, ski pass…), it can take up to 10 days for the Equis to appear in your account.

Do I earn Equis when I shop in a physical store?

Yes, in all our stores in Spain (except for multi-brand locations like El Corte Inglés).

Can I use Equis and discount codes in the same purchase?

No. Points are redeemed as a code at checkout, and the website doesn’t allow you to enter two codes (like a points code and a 10% discount code, for example).

Is there a minimum purchase to redeem my Equis?
