When do I receive my Equis for a purchase and how can I redeem them?Updated 17 days ago

The Equis from your purchase are reflected immediately but will appear as “pending approval” for 10 days. On the tenth day, they become available to use.

To redeem them:

1. Log in to your account and go to the “Use your points” section in your private area.

2. Check which vouchers are available based on your points and click “Get reward”.

3. Copy the discount code that appears and paste it at checkout.
