Do you want to make an exchange or a return?
No problem! You have 30 calendar days from the delivery of your online order or from the purchase in a physical store.
🔄 Exchanges & Returns
You can now manage exchanges and returns from the same order at the same time, without needing to do them separately.
Additionally, you can:
- Exchange for a different size
- Exchange for a different color
- Exchange for a different product
- Exchange for products of higher or lower value

⚠️ Please note: Exchanges are currently only available in Spain and Portugal. Customers in other countries can request returns.
📦 How does it work?
The process is the same for both exchanges and returns:
- Prepare the item in perfect condition, with its original tags
- Follow the instructions you will receive when requesting the exchange or return (depending on the assigned carrier)
💸 Refund options
You can choose how you want to receive your money:
- Original payment method → 24–48h (depending on your bank)
- Bank transfer → Immediate
- Blue Banana voucher → +5% extra to spend online, valid for 1 year
⚠️ Please note: These options are only available if your request is eligible for instant refund.
If this is not the case, once we receive the item at our warehouse and verify its condition, we will proceed to process the refund or the exchange order.
🏬 Prefer to do it in-store?
- If your purchase was online → You can manage it in-store (except Lisbon, Andorra, El Corte Inglés, and outlet)
- If you purchased in-store → Only in-store
- If you purchased in outlet → Only in outlet
- Purchases from El Corte Inglés → Must be handled at El Corte Inglés
You only need your BB order number.

- Giveaway items cannot be exchanged or returned
- Gift receipts can be issued in physical stores
- Refunds are processed according to the selected option
