Want to make a return or exchange?
No worries! You’ve got 30 calendar days from the delivery date (online orders) or from your in-store purchase.

Remember that if you want to make an exchange and a return from the same order, you’ll need to manage both processes separately. First, complete the exchange process, and once it’s done, you can start the return process.
