How can I exchange or return my order?Updated 9 days ago

Want to make a return or exchange?
No worries! You’ve got 30 calendar days from the delivery date (online orders) or from your in-store purchase.

🔁 Online returns
Handled exclusively via Correos.
Just get the item ready in perfect condition, with original tags, and arrange the return here:

No need to print anything – show the label on your phone and Correos will scan and print it for you.

🔄 Exchanges
You can do them online. The courier (Sending) will deliver the new item and collect the old one at the same time – make sure it’s ready when they arrive.

🏬 Prefer to do it in store?
If you ordered online, you can also sort it in our physical stores (except Lisbon, El Corte Inglés and outlets).
You’ll just need your BB order number (you’ll find it in your confirmation email).
If you bought it in a shop, the exchange or return must be made there.

🎁 Just a heads-up:

  • Items won in giveaways can’t be returned or exchanged.
