We want you to enjoy your Blue Banana garments as soon as possible!

That’s why we strive to have your order delivered approximately 3 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

What should you keep in mind?

• Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day and their delivery time will increase by 24 hours.

• Neither our warehouse nor our couriers operate on weekends 😅

• Orders placed with express shipping have a maximum delivery time of 48 business hours from when they leave our warehouse (remember, we do not deliver on weekends).

• After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing the order details and shipping address. Please check this information and contact us if there’s any mistake.

• Once your order is ready for shipping, you’ll get another email letting you know it’s about to be picked up.

• Finally, the courier will send you an email when your order has been shipped. Important: this email includes a link to track your order in real time.

We really want to deliver your order within the expected timeframe, but we know logistics isn’t an exact science—so if anything goes wrong, reach out and we’ll do our best to fix it.
