• Your Blue Banana order number

• The purchase receipt if it wasn’t bought through our online store (or another type of payment confirmation)

• Description of the defect

• Photos showing the defect and the inner label of the garment (the one with the fabric composition sewn inside)

With all this info, we’ll review your case with our Design and Quality team and get back to you with a solution.
